Take it slow and don't feel bad about it.

I had a kid cut out of me in December...of 2013. Doing pushups and other "fitness" type things haven't worked so well in the last year.  So, on day 1, I had rubbery arms but adrenaline and heavy breathing pushed me through 28 man-style pushups.

By day 4, I added situps. Going big and gettin' it done.
